How To Use The MainStage Metronome/Click

In the top-right corner of the MainStage window, are several buttons. The green Play/Stop button starts and stops playback within MainStage, and the purple Metronome button turns the metronome click on and off.

For example, when using our Essential Worship Loops product, triggering any loop playback starts the MainStage playback engine, and you will see the green Play/Stop button turn on. You can turn on the Metronome button to add a click track for the band!

To route the Metronome to a different output in your audio interface, click the Channel Strips button to show the channel strips on the right side of the screen, and find the one labeled "Metronome". Then, simply change the output to a different one than used by your keys sounds - i.e. Keys on Outputs 1-2, and Metronome on Output 3. If you only have 2 outputs, put your Keys on Output 1 and Metronone on Output 2 (L and R if using the headphone jack).
