That Worship Sound offers free support for the installation or utilization of our products. We use Zoom for screen sharing or remotely controlling your computer. If we can not solve a Support Request via email, then Zoom may be required.


Zoom Support Checklist:

  1. Access to the computer with our product installed on it.
  2. Have the Zoom application installed on that computer, you can download it here: https://zoom.us/download
  3. Access to your email account to open the meeting link - your web browser will prompt you to open the Zoom application after clicking the link.
  4. Access to your normal MIDI keyboard and audio interface in case we need to test those.
  5. Schedule a Zoom call with us here: https://calendly.com/tws-support/30min

If you schedule a Zoom call and do not attend without prior communication, any future Zoom calls will have a $20 USD fee.
