All sales are final, no refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you fully understand and know what the product is and can be used for, and that you own all required software. Any refunds or exchanges given are at the discretion of our staff.

This policy is based on the fact that our products are entirely digital. We try to provide as much information as possible on our website so that people know exactly what they are getting.

If you are refunded:

All refunds are returned to your bank immediately. You will then receive the funds from a refund in your account in approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is an aspect of how most banking systems works.)

Note that a refund may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
